Qualifications

• Understanding and skillset to quickly grasp technical concepts and problems.
• Linux fundamentals and comfort with CLI and basic networking tools.
• Solid grasp of IP addressing, VLANs, basic routing, and firewalls.
• Basic scripting and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day tickets and alerts, collaborating with Engineering.
• Accurately record and manage support tickets.
• Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and triage.
• Identify areas for implementation for automation.
