Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Head of GPU Capacity Planning to own capacity forecasting across AMD Instinct GPU clusters in our U.S. data centers.

You will maintain a single, authoritative view of fleet availability, commitments, and reserved capacity, guiding sales with realistic capacity insights. You’ll lead end-to-end capacity planning, drive a weekly cadence, and translate operational needs into tooling and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in capacity planning, supply and demand planning, S&OP, or infrastructure operations.
• Knowledge of data center compute: racks, power, cooling, GPUs, networking.
• Advanced forecasting and allocation modeling with data fluency (SQL/BI).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single source of truth for capacity across sites and GPU generations.
• Standardize capacity definitions and reporting for consistent metrics.
• Own demand pipeline, track ramp curves, expiries, renewal probability and take-or-pay floors.
• Define and publish sellable capacity by site, GPU type, timeframe for Sales visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales and Deal Desk to validate feasibility before commitments.
