Job summary

TensorWave is looking for a Head of GPU Capacity Planning in the United States. You will own the capacity picture across data center sites and GPU generations, forecast demand, and guide executive decisions. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, and Ops to ensure the fleet meets anticipated growth.

The role requires strong modeling, excellent communication, and the ability to translate pipeline into actionable capacity plans. Travel to Las Vegas is expected monthly for collaboration and reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in capacity planning for data centers or cloud infra.
• Ability to forecast demand and manage intake.
• Strong modeling and forecasting skills with data fluency.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and cadence management.
• Proven track record of data-driven decision making across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single source of truth for capacity across sites and GPUs.
• Standardize definitions of capacity and reporting.
• Own demand pipeline and track ramp, expiries, renewals, and take‑or‑pay floors.
• Define sellable capacity by site, GPU type, and timeframe for Sales."
• Partner with Sales and Deal Desk to validate feasibility before commitments.
• Align long‑range plan with Infrastructure Operations, Sales, Finance, and leadership.
• Anticipate capacity constraints and drive cross‑functional decisions to stay ahead of demand.
• Own buffer and oversubscription policy with Operations and Finance.
• Translate pipeline into rolling capacity forecast and identify gaps.
