Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Verification Engineer - New College Graduate for our Memory Management Unit to verify the world’s leading GPUs. You will join a team that designs and verifies advanced memory systems and collaborates with architects and software engineers across sites.

The role requires a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, strong SystemVerilog and C/C++, and experience with constrained random testing and coverage. Prior UVM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or related field or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to Computer Architecture, ASIC design and verification methodology.
• Strong proficiency with SystemVerilog, C and/or C++, test planning, coverage closure, and creating reusable verification components.

Responsibilities

• Understand design & verification scope for the Memory Management Unit.
• Develop verification infrastructure (testbenches, BFMs, checkers, monitors) and test/coverage plans.
• Verify correctness of the design and collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites.
• Plan and drive methodology for testbench advancement.
