Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Technology Management, Product Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions.
• Experience conducting research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, consulting projects, business case development, or data analysis through internships, academic projects, or professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize findings into executive‑friendly recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams, manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence research to identify customer needs, industry trends, emerging technologies, and services growth opportunities relevant to GPS.
• Perform competitive analysis to assess portfolio positioning, offer gaps, competitor capabilities, and market developments.
• Support product managers and business leaders with research, business insights, and data‑driven recommendations that inform portfolio strategy and offer development.
• Analyze opportunities to grow attach, improve portfolio completeness, and support profitable growth across GPS services.
• Monitor AI trends and help identify ways to embed AI into sales, delivery, service features, and operating models.
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations that translate complex information into clear business insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across product management, project management, analytics, sales, marketing, delivery, and transformation to support strategic initiatives.
