Role Overview

The AI Strategy & Innovation Analyst role supports Lenovo's North America Customer Excellence Center (CEC) by exploring how emerging artificial intelligence technologies can drive smarter decisions, stronger customer outcomes, and next‑generation business strategies.

This is not a traditional analyst role. You will have the opportunity to explore, experiment, and build‑translating emerging AI trends into practical business applications and data‑driven insights. You will work across teams to identify business challenges, evaluate AI tools and technologies, develop analytics solutions, and help turn AI strategy into executable initiatives.
