• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with ability to translate data into insights
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative in global teams
• Ownership mindset with curiosity to learn and drive initiatives

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives by coordinating inputs, tracking progress, and preparing analyses
• Analyze market trends, business performance, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
• Develop competitive analyses and market intelligence summaries for stakeholders
• Support investments and spend optimization to improve efficiency
• Create clear presentations and reports for global leadership audiences
• Assist in building business cases by defining assumptions and KPIs
