Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Experience with government/public sector programs and eligibility concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while owning tasks and guiding junior staff.
• Lead workstreams on engagements related to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Development & Maintenance.
• Contribute to deliverables and review work for quality and accuracy.
• Understand client environment and project scope.
• Manage client and team value-creation activities.
