Deloitte’s GPS team seeks an Associate Architect for the GPS HST Technology team to support and lead workstreams across Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, and software development. Qualifications

7+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
Current state public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management.
Experience supporting State client(s) in eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management.
Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams.
Guide more junior professionals and contribute to deliverables.
Review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
Demonstrate understanding of the client environment and project scope.
Manage client and team value creation activities.
