RDO Integrated Controls is seeking a field service and sales-focused professional to strengthen customer relationships, perform GPS and machine control product support, and grow service opportunities across the Murray and Salt Lake City area.

The role requires 3-5 years in related work, travel 35-50%, strong communication, and a valid U.S. work authorization. A comprehensive benefits package and potential for career growth are included.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in sales, service, training or related work.
• GPS or machine control technology experience preferred.
• Travel 35-50% expected (seasonal).
• Strong computer and communication skills required.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and follow up on wholegoods, parts and service sales.
• Troubleshoot and demonstrate proficiency on GPS, Laser and Machine Control products.
• Perform onsite service, installations and product support across the area of responsibility.
• Identify new business opportunities for service and repair of GPS, Laser and Machine Control products.
• Document machine information and repairs on work orders, including parts used.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct at customer sites.
• Provide training and coaching to technicians in other stores within the region.
