Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 15 semester hours in social/behavioral sciences and probation/parole experience.
• Substitutions allowed: associate degree + 2 years of military or certified law enforcement experience, or high school diploma + 4 years of military or certified law enforcement experience.
• Must be Class 1 certified law enforcement officer by the SC Criminal Justice Academy and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess electronic surveillance alerts.
• Communicate with offenders, responder agents, other agencies, and document GPS actions.
