Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Application Engineer to serve as the main technical resource for customers post-deployment. You will diagnose RF and system issues, guide setup, and collaborate with hardware/software teams to improve solutions.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, creating training materials, delivering technical presentations, and supporting customers during installations and upgrades. Travel up to 25% is required, with onsite work preferred in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in EE/ME/Physics or related field.
• Typically 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience with RF test and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for customers after deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and RF/test issues.
• Guide customers through system setup and configuration.
• Support installation, upgrades, and onsite assistance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and provide customer feedback.
• Create technical content and deliver presentations and training.
• Manage support cases and maintain records in CRM.
• Travel up to 25% domestically, with some international travel.
