Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Applications Engineer in Pleasant Grove, Utah to serve as a trusted technical advisor, deploying, supporting, and optimizing GPS/GNSS test solutions for customers. You will diagnose RF issues, collaborate with hardware and software teams, and help improve products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years of hands-on RF experience, plus willingness to travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (EE/ME/Physics) required.
• 2+ years hands-on engineering experience, internships count.
• Experience with RF test and measurement equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically, occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers after product deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve RF/GNSS test solution issues.
• Guide customers through system setup and test configuration.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to improve products.
• Create technical content and deliver trainings during visits and conferences.
• Document and manage support cases in Salesforce.
