Job summary

SITECH Tejas is seeking a GPS Instructor to lead technical training on GPS control, drone data, and model building across Trimble, Accugrade, CAT Grade and related software. You will develop classroom curriculum, deliver on-site training, and coach customers in 3D modeling and site calibration.

The role requires travel to job sites and coordination with management to expand school offerings and certify staff on core tools. Strong instructional and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Develops GPS curriculum for internal and external customers.
• Delivers customer-specific training on-site at contractors’ offices or jobsites.
• Trains customers to build 3D models and review/adjust them for accuracy.
• Keeps up-to-date with Trimble, Accugrade and CAT Grade products and software.
• Coordinates with management to support training programs and product updates.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver classroom GPS curriculum used for customers.
• Present on-site training at contractors’ offices or job sites.
• Teach 3D modeling and drone data processing techniques to customers.
• Perform calibrations to orient models on site.
• Provide troubleshooting help by phone and on site.
• Lead SITECH support staff and maintain Trimble certifications.
• Develop drone technology programs to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate to expand training offerings and software products.
