Job summary

SITECH Tejas is seeking a GPS Instructor to lead technical training and support for customers on GPS control, drone data, and model building. You will work with Trimble, Accugrade, CAT Grade, and related software, delivering classroom and on-site sessions, calibrations, and troubleshooting to ensure productive use of technology.

You will develop curricula, train staff and customers, and stay current with product updates.

Qualifications

Experience creating GPS training curricula for varied audiences.
Strong knowledge of Trimble and Accugrade products.
Willingness to travel to contractor offices or job sites.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Trimble Trainer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and develop classroom GPS curriculum for internal and external customers.
Develop and present on-site training for Trimble, Accugrade, and CAT Grade products.
Train customers to build 3D models and review/correct models.
Perform site calibrations to orient models to the site.
Provide telephone and on-site troubleshooting support.
Collaborate with SITECH GM and Marketing to advance school and software offerings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trimble/Accugrade updates and train staff accordingly.
Create drone technology programs and train customers on drone data usage.
Lead SITECH support staff and maintain Trimble Trainer certifications.
Coordinate with management to develop product databases for troubleshooting.
