Qualifications

• Develop GPS curriculum for internal and external customers.
• Provide on-site training at contractors' offices or job sites.
• Create and review 3D models and offer correctional feedback.
• Calibrate equipment on customer sites to align models.
• Troubleshoot issues via phone and on-site visits.
• Keep up-to-date with Trimble/Accugrade products and updates.
• Lead SITECH support staff and coordinate training.
• Develop drone training programs and teach drone data usage.

Responsibilities

• Create classroom GPS curriculum and instruction for diverse customers.
• Develop customer-specific on-site training for Trimble, Accugrade, CAT Grade products.
• Train on 3D modeling, site calibration, and profile creation using various software.
• Perform and demonstrate site calibrations to orient models.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting assistance.
• Collaborate with management to expand school and software offerings.
• Coordinate Trimble class scheduling with Training Division.
• Lead drone technology programs and tailor content to customer needs.
