Job summary

General Equipment & Supplies, Inc. seeks a Smart Construction Solutions Expert to calibrate Komatsu iMachines and train customers in GPS solutions on job sites across western North Dakota (Bismarck, Minot, Williston area).

You will work with PSSR’s and Sales to promote products/services while helping customers control costs and minimize downtime. You will coordinate the intelligent machine control support strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree or 2-year degree with related work experience in construction-related fields.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and position check machines within spec.
• Coordinate calibration time with service.
• Assist diagnosis and repairs of GPS/machine control items.
• Schedule updates with customers.
• Complete machine updates in field or shop.
• Identify customer emergencies and manage priorities.
