Everforth Apex is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist on-site in Memphis to provide hands-on hardware repair, server maintenance, and data center operations support for customers.

The role requires completing fifty hours of paid training before starting on-site, willingness to work weekends/holidays, and strong Linux basics. Prior hardware experience and ability to lift up to 65 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical certification or equivalent hands-on experience in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience working inside servers, replacing physical components, and performing hardware troubleshooting.
• Skills: Proficiency in basic networking, ability to read Linux logs, and comfort using the Linux command-line interface.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day data center operational support and perform hands-on hardware replacement and server maintenance.
• Escort and coordinate with dispatched field engineers to ensure efficient resolution of on-site tasks.
• Manage parts shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking for the facility.
• Maintain and update environment documentation including serial numbers, elevations, and runbooks.
• Coordinate with colocation teams for power, cooling, and facility maintenance activities.
• Execute customer-directed system and version updates.
• Proactively monitor servers and notify customers of potential issues.
• Open, manage, triage, and coordinate break/fix service requests with technical support teams.
• Perform operating system installations, GPU configurations, and validation testing.
