Apex Systems is seeking an Application Engineer for a hybrid role based in McLean/Bethesda, VA. The position requires 4 in-person days per week at McLean or Bethesda depending on project team schedule, with remote work on other days.

The role focuses on configuring enterprise applications, collaborating with SMEs, and supporting testing through UAT. U.S. citizenship is required for this facility. Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuring the Icertis GovCon module, including Contract types, metadata fields, and templates.
• Form layouts workflows, approval logic, user role assignments, security groups clause libraries, business rules, compliance fields, and validation logic.
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and configuration workshops.
• Document configuration changes, decisions, and testing steps.
• Support system testing (UAT) including test script execution and results logging.
