Job summary

Penhall Company is hiring a GPR Analyst to perform nondestructive testing using Ground Penetrating Radar and related scanning technologies. You will identify embedded objects in concrete and subsurface materials, ensuring accurate, timely results while adhering to safety standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities include operating GPR equipment, interpreting data in real time, marking scan areas, documenting field findings, and communicating results to clients.

Qualifications

• Interpret GPR scan results accurately in the field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and situational awareness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate field records.
• Comfortable using handheld tools and climbing ladders at active sites.
• Capable of working independently and in small teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate GPR equipment to perform scanning services on job sites.
• Analyze scan data in real-time to locate rebar, conduits, and voids.
• Locate underground utilities and document findings.
• Travel for training and service support.
• Complete field documentation with reports, sketches, and photos.
• Maintain safety and clean work areas, and attend safety meetings.
