Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr

Reporting to the GPO NAD Sr. Dir., the GPO National Directors for Western and Eastern Regions are responsible for trade distribution, specialty distribution and pharmacies, and ensuring product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully interface with assigned, Specialty Distributors, Specialty Pharmacies, and Group Purchasing Organizations, as well as Key Accounts associated with these GPOs as needed to ensure adequate product availability.
  • Provide input and expertise into strategy and lead the execution and implementation of successful trade (distribution) strategy aligned with the broader commercial organization.
  • Identify opportunities with GPO partners to appropriately support product education and adoption. Coordinate opportunities with Celltrion internal stakeholders such as brand and medical teams to ensure effective execution of programs.
  • Negotiate and manage contractual agreements, data exchange and service agreements with all customers and vendors as required.
  • Analyze product volume, trends, and growth, for assigned accounts. Develop and implement account level business plans and work with market access marketing to develop segment strategies.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch and post launch of products.

Qualification:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in biologics, biosimilars, full life cycle of product launch and post launch.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly by directing the team effectively.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related field; preferred advance degrees, MBA, MS in business or related field.
