Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field of study or job experience, preferred
• HS diploma required
• 1-3 Years working in the food service industry, preferably in Sales Operations
• Salesforce experience, Microsoft Office, experience with AS400 and mainframe data entry.

Responsibilities

• Enters customer contracts including MSAs, renewals and amendments into Icertis and Open Text.
• Ensure GPO contract and affiliation data is accurately recorded in internal systems. Monitor compliance with contractual terms and GPO program requirements.
• Supports internal audits and reporting related to contracts and affiliations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Respond to internal inquiries related to customer agreements and GPO membership status.
