Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Specialist, GPO Administration to ensure accurate, timely processing of customer contracts and GPO affiliations. You will enter MSAs, renewals, amendments into Icertis and Open Text, and maintain data across systems with strong attention to compliance and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Operations and Customer Success to balance policy with customer needs, handle escalations, and drive process improvements in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field of study or job experience, preferred
HS diploma required

Responsibilities

Enters customer contracts including MSAs, renewals and amendments into Icertis and Open Text.
Ensure GPO contract and affiliation data is accurately recorded in internal systems.
Monitor compliance with contractual terms and GPO program requirements.
Support internal audits and reporting related to contracts and affiliations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Respond to internal inquiries related to customer agreements and GPO membership status.
Provides training and support to colleagues related to contract management and GPO administration.
