Job summary

Medical Device Company in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Customer Contract Admin Analyst on a 12+ month contract to support GPO contract membership administration and ensure accurate pricing and notifications.

The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), data analysis, and the ability to manage a variable workload while working independently within a team.

Candidates must be US Citizens or GC holders; no H1Bs, W2 contract, and an Excel test is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, acquire, mine and analyze data.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a variable workload to meet schedules with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, multi-task and stay motivated.
• Analytical problem solver.
• Experience with ERP (SAP) and BI/reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support GPO Contract Membership team with administration of contract membership eligibility.
• Provide eligibility information to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Validate members’ eligibility and alignment to contracts for accurate pricing.
• Identify customer numbers based on address demographics from multiple sources.
• Ensure customers are aligned to appropriate GPO contracts/tier.
• Use Membership Analytics to verify Single Group Affiliation and identify expiring connections.
