Job summary

Clorox Purell in Wooster, OH is seeking a GPM Production Operator I for the on-site 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:45 pm–6:45 am). You will support high-speed manufacturing lines, follow safety and quality guidelines, and perform tasks such as inserts, packing, palletizing, and inspections.

This role requires reading SOPs, lifting up to 30 pounds, and the ability to rotate tasks. Starting pay is $18.95 per hour with bonus eligibility; benefits include 401(k) match and other on-site programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and implement required SOPs and work instructions.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Capable of rotating to all tasks on the production line.
• Must follow safety, quality and housekeeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines, meeting regulations.
• Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
• Adhere to SOPs, cGMP, safety and housekeeping; able to train others as assigned.
• Rotate to all tasks on the line: inserts, packing out, palletizing, and keying.
• Perform visual inspections of components and finished goods during manufacturing.
• Demonstrate hand/eye coordination to meet production rates (>100 bottles/min).
• Meet lifting requirements up to 30 pounds for extended periods.
• Maintain physical agility to sustain production standards.
• Demonstrate ability to work on high-speed production lines.

Production Operators are tasked with assisting manufacturing processes on high speed lines.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines, meeting all regulations.
• Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
• Adheres to standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements; possess the ability to train others as assigned.
• Must be able to rotate to all tasks on production line, such as inserts, packing out, palletizing and keying.
• Perform visual inspections of components and finished goods at each step of the manufacturing process.
• Hand/eye coordination to perform at rate of over 100 bottles per minute.
• Lifting requirement up to 30 pounds at a fast pace for extended periods of time.
• Physical agility to perform at a rate to meet the production standards
• Demonstrated ability to work on high speed production lines

Education and Experience

Requires the ability to read, understand and implement required standard operations procedures and work instructions.
