Village Vet Hampstead is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our 17-vet team. You will manage your own caseload across consultations, medical work-ups, hospital cases, and urgent care in a busy first-opinion hospital with excellent facilities.

Expect a broad caseload with ongoing professional development and a supportive network. You should have 3–5 years UK small animal experience, be confident working independently, and have strong client communication to build lasting

Qualifications

• At least 3 years UK small animal experience and ability to work independently.
• Experience with medical work-ups, inpatient care and routine surgery.
• Client-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload across consultations, medical work-ups, hospital cases and urgent care.
• Provide clinical decisions independently with appropriate second opinions when needed.
• Participate in a busy first-opinion hospital with a broad caseload and high standards.
