• Undergraduate degree with 1–2 years in related finance fields.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with advanced Excel.
• Experience translating data into clear PowerPoint presentations.
• Demonstrated AI knowledge and interest.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative team player eager to learn across projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VCG pillars on strategic initiatives for asset managers.
• Conduct benchmarking, investor mapping, and operational assessments.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop financial and strategic analyses in Excel and create PowerPoint materials.
• Build playbooks and share insights with partners.
• Contribute research, graphics to whitepapers and newsletters.
• Track partner engagement and manage CRM records.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
