Job summary

Blue Owl GP Strategic Capital offers a two-year rotational program in the Value Creation Group (VCG) that provides hands-on experience across partner consulting engagements. Analysts conduct research, build analyses, and develop strategic recommendations for private asset managers.

Responsibilities include collaboration across pillars, investor mapping, financial modeling in Excel, and preparing client-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials and 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex information into clear presentations.
• Demonstrated AI knowledge and interest to improve processes using AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VCG pillars on strategic initiatives across client development, marketing, and operations.
• Conduct peer benchmarking, investor mapping, and operational assessments to inform priorities.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Develop financial/strategic analyses in Excel and create PowerPoint business plans and materials.
• BuildPlaybooks across VCG pillars and contribute to whitepapers and newsletters.
• Track partner engagement, maintain CRM records, and manage multiple workstreams to deadlines.
