Job summary

Blue Owl Capital, a leading asset manager, invites an Analyst to join the GP Strategic Capital Value Creation Group. The two-year rotational program offers exposure to fundraising, client development, strategy, and digital transformation across private markets in a hands-on setting.

You will conduct research, perform financial analyses in Excel, build PowerPoint materials, and contribute to playbooks and thought leadership. Strong analytical ability and AI awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear PowerPoint presentations.
• Demonstrated AI knowledge and interest to improve processes with AI tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player eager to contribute across projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VCG pillars on strategic initiatives to help grow partner firms.
• Conduct benchmarking, investor mapping, and operational assessments.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop financial and strategic analyses in Excel and create PowerPoint materials.
• Build playbooks and share insights with partner firms.
• Support research, graphics, and whitepapers for thought leadership.
• Track engagement activity and maintain CRM records.
• Manage multiple workstreams across engagements and deadlines.
