Aufgaben

• Lead GPSC's annual client engagement strategy and calendar in partnership with GPSC leadership and IC and Private Wealth teams, including product launches, fundraising, and other strategic priorities.
• Oversee GPSC's client coverage framework, coordinating priorities, responsibilities and engagement plans across the GPSC investment team and Blue Owl's centralized client teams.
• Maintain a consolidated view of client priorities and activities across the platform and ensure planning, preparation and follow-through.
• Coordinate input and align GPSC's approach to client engagement across written communications, virtual engagement and in-person interactions.
• Develop and oversee consistent playbooks and processes for client preparation, engagement, materials, information sharing and follow-up.
• Lead planning for GPSC's client content and reporting calendar, including investment updates and portfolio commentary.
• Coordinate inputs across the investment team, research, client servicing and other firm areas to reflect GPSC's strategies in line with firm policies.
• Coordinate the execution of major client, fundraising and product-related initiatives, including clear plans, responsibilities, timelines and deliverables.
• Drive alignment and accountability across the investment team and centralized firm functions.
• Lead and mentor the GPSC client servicing team to stay connected to GPSC's investment activities and product priorities.
• Enhance operating processes, routines and management tools to support growth and scalability.
