Qualifications

• Two years in investment banking or GP‑led secondary advisory, private equity, or secondary investing.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, with ability to build and review complex fund- and asset-level models.
• Ability to manage multiple live transaction processes and coordinate with deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation materials and pitches for prospective clients.
• Lead due diligence on private equity portfolios and NAV trends.
• Construct and review secondary-specific financial models, including cash flow projections.
• Prepare detailed marketing materials: CIMs, investor presentations, teasers.
• Run investor outreach and track interactions, demand, and pricing feedback.
• Oversee the VDR and respond to complex investor due diligence requests.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients, counsel, and counterparties.
• Coordinate with Lazard's investor coverage teams.
• Mentor analysts and ensure quality of the team's work product.
