Dartmouth Partners is expanding its GP-led Secondaries Advisory team in New York and West Palm Beach, inviting Analysts and Associates to join a lean, entrepreneurial platform. The role offers meaningful execution responsibility and direct exposure to senior bankers and clients.

Successful candidates will have backgrounds in M&A, GP-led secondary advisory, private equity, or related analytical roles, with strong financial modeling and accounting capabilities.”

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A or GP-led secondary advisory.
• Background in private equity or direct secondaries.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with accounting advisory or transaction services is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work on complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of GP-led secondary transactions.
• Build and review operating models, valuation analyses, LBO models, transaction structures, and investor return analyses.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, transaction documentation, and investor-facing materials.
• Coordinate due diligence and work closely with sponsors, portfolio company management teams, investors, legal counsel, and other advisers.
• Take increasing ownership of deal processes, anticipate next steps, and help drive execution across lean deal teams.
• At the Associate level, participate directly in client calls and independently manage key workstreams.
