Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate to join the Private Capital Advisory & Solutions team focusing on GP-led secondary transactions. The role offers exposure to deal structuring, valuation, and end-to-end execution across private-capital strategies.

You will work with senior bankers and sponsors, leading workstreams, and guiding junior team members in a collaborative environment with meaningful responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private capital advisory, private equity, or related fields.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in private equity and private markets.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive origination and execution of GP-led secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles.
• Own core analytical workstreams and oversee modeling and valuation efforts (including LBO models, investor return analyses).
• Review and refine presentations and investor materials as part of the deal process.
• Coordinate workstreams across teams and external advisers to drive execution.
• Assist in due-diligence, data room management, and timelines across parties.
• Support investor outreach, process management, and communications.
