Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking or private capital advisory.
• Strong transaction execution and financial modelling experience.
• Exposure to private equity sponsors or complex capital structures.
• Interest in secondaries, portfolio finance and private-capital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute GP-led secondary and structured capital transactions.
• Analyse private equity portfolios, fund-level cash flows and underlying asset performance.
• Build transaction models across continuation vehicles, preferred equity and NAV-based solutions.
• Support due diligence, structuring, underwriting and investment committee materials.
• Work directly with sponsors, advisers, lenders and internal investment teams through execution.
