Job summary

Apollo Global Management in New York is seeking a finance professional to support carry/incentive plans, capital calls, and quarterly reporting within a fast-growing asset management platform.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Investran and Salesforce, plus excellent Excel and teamwork. You will collaborate with AGM, tax, compliance, analytics, and compensation teams to drive accurate, timely results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience in a mix of public and private environments.
• Undergraduate accounting degree with strong academic credentials.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with Investran and Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills; able to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, development, and launch of carry/incentive plans and related projects.
• Prepare and maintain full accounting records in Investran with reviews and reporting.
• Prepare capital calls and distributions for co-invest and carried interest entities.
• Collaborate with AGM, tax, compliance, analytics, and compensation teams on reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors for statutory fund audits; onboarding of carry plans for staff.
• Participate in process improvements to create efficiencies.
