Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Gowning Technician to support on-site manufacturing operations in Holly Springs, NC. You will ensure contamination control, adhere to GMP/SOP protocols, and manage gowning inventory to keep production running smoothly.

Earn $19.00 per hour on a 7:00 am–7:00 pm rotating schedule (2-2-3). Benefits include medical, dental and vision, 401(k) match, life & disability insurance, and HSA/FSA. Pay-on-demand and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strict adherence to GMP/SOP protocols.
• GMP environment experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Collect and replace soiled gowning articles and maintain proper inventory levels of PPE.
• Stock GMP manufacturing areas with gloves, masks, hairnets, and shoe covers.
• Perform routine sanitization of process areas to meet quality standards.
• Complete accurate GMP and GDP documentation (ALCOA) to ensure records are maintained contemporaneously.
• Strictly follow SOPs and pass gowning qualification tests.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities

As a GowningTechnician, you are vital to the safety and success of the manufacturing process. Your primary role is to act as the GowningTechnician, ensuring all personnel follow strict contamination control protocols.

• Collect and replace soiled gowning articles and maintain proper inventory levels of PPE.

• Stock GMP manufacturing areas with gloves, masks, hairnets, and shoe covers.

• Perform routine sanitization of process areas as a Sanitation Associate to meet quality standards.

• Complete accurate GMP and GDP documentation (ALCOA) to ensure records are maintained contemporaneously.

• Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and pass gowning qualification tests.

What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and an excellent attendance record.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of a 12-hour shift

• Must follow strict dress code: no cosmetics, nail polish, or jewelry in GMP areas.

• Prior experience in a GMP environment is a plus, but we will train the right person!
