Job summary

Polimorphic is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer deployments across the Polimorphic platform and deliver a seamless onboarding experience. You will work with government staff to translate processes into an implementation plan, configure the platform, and drive the project from kickoff through go-live and adoption.

Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will ensure successful launches and measurable value for city, county, and state customers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, technology adoption consulting, or technical project management.
• A project management approach you can walk through in detail, with artifacts to match: plans, risk tracking, status reporting, go-live readiness.
• Experience running several projects at the same time.
• Comfort with hands-on technical work: APIs and integrations, field mapping and data imports, permissions, and no-code workflow builders.
• Clear written and verbal communication with everyone from frontline staff to department directors.
• Practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work, and curiosity to go further.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of Polimorphic for city, county, and state customers from kickoff to adoption.
• Build and maintain the project plan for every engagement.
• Run a steady cadence with each customer, including written status updates and a clear picture of ownership.
• Carry several implementations at once and keep them moving.
• Surface risks early and propose a path forward.
• Document projects well enough for a teammate to pick up from notes.
• Lead discovery sessions to document processes, requirements, and goals.
• Turn discovery into configuration, content, and data setup plans.
• Run testing and user acceptance with customer staff before go-live.
• Train administrators and end users and leave behind maintainable documentation.
• Get customers to real value on first live use cases and hand off to CSM.
• Build customer-specific workflows in no-code environment, including forms, routing, approvals.
• Configure and tune AI agents on customer content and use cases, validate quality.
• Partner with engineering on integrations with government systems and perform end-to-end validation.
• Use AI tooling to speed up work.
• Work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs.
