KGS LLC in Bellevue, WA, USA, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager – Technical for Amazon Leo's Government (ALG) to lead contract lifecycle management, broadband ordering, and system integration initiatives for government customers.

This highly visible role requires STRONG cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, logistics, and leadership to define requirements, roadmaps, and scalable solutions for government programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

Drive systems development readiness spanning different groups of partner types with varying needs for ALG.
Develop systems capability roadmap plans with internal and external stakeholders.
Evaluate and recommend product/service enhancements for onboarding, ordering, fulfillment, and programmatic service management for government customers.
Communicate progress across workstreams to senior/executive leadership.
Identify partner needs, define business requirements, and launch features to improve customer experience and value proposition.
Manage new projects end-to-end while maintaining high standards.
