Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager for DLIFLC in Monterey, CA. The role involves developing, coordinating, tracking, and managing several initiatives of varying sizes.

You will support cross-functional teams, document user acceptance test plans, and coordinate testing, while maintaining documentation and communicating changes to stakeholders. 2+ years BA and 3+ years PM experience are expected, with required security certifications to start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analysis experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification required to start
• IAT I Certification (A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, or SSCP) required to start
• NACLC Public Trust required to start

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes.
• Supports cross functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams.
• Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the execution of user acceptance testing.
• Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution.
• Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Maintains and updates all documentation requirements.
• Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders.
