Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to develop, coordinate, and track multiple initiatives at DLIFLC in Monterey, CA. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing risks through resolution.

With 2+ years in business analysis and 3+ years in project management, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure UAT, traceability, and thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analysis experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Familiar with software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specs

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages multiple projects of varying sizes.
• Supports cross functional teams including development, IT operations, and information security.
• Documents user acceptance test plans and coordinates UAT execution.
• Tracks changes, risks, and issues through resolution.
• Meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Maintains and updates all documentation requirements.
• Communicates changes to requirements and projects to stakeholders.
