Job summary

The successful candidate will administer subcontracts, amendments, and data to support bid estimates, while coordinating with internal departments to fulfill contractual obligations on time. DoD security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant government contract administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree may be required; otherwise eight years of related experience accepted in lieu.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontracts, including drafting, pricing, modifications, and task orders.
• Advise internal departments on contractual rights and obligations.
• Coordinate contract requirements to ensure timely performance.
• Prepare bid estimates data and maintain orderly contract files.
• Prepare contractual correspondence and change proposals.
• Support project kickoff and closeout activities.
