Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale website redesigns from planning through launch.
• Government/public-sector website experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms and content migration.
• Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Experience with stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead website redesign and redevelopment activities with external technology vendors.
• Coordinate content strategy, content migration, reviews, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Manage website testing, UAT, launch readiness, and issue resolution.
• Develop website governance processes, SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, IT teams, and legal/compliance teams.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, risks, and action items.
