Job summary

EY US is seeking professionals to help government agencies manage programs and projects effectively. You will join the Transformation Execution Team to deliver polished, review-ready documentation that advances division priorities and strategic initiatives.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, receive robust PM training, and travel as needed for federal/state roles, supporting diverse government engagements across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or a related business field.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading engagement teams.
• Knowledge of process improvement and performance metrics.
• Experience with PM software such as MS Project or Primavera; familiarity with SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and lead collaborative teams across dynamic client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to recommend organizational, process and technology improvements.
• Deliver high-quality program management and documentation support to government clients.
• Build trusted relationships across client, stakeholder and EY teams.
• Coach and develop professionals while supporting broader talent and competency initiatives.
• Draft, edit and format policies, SOPs and implementation guidance.
• Develop briefing decks, talking points and executive correspondence for leadership review.
• Prepare issue papers, decision memoranda and white papers to support division objectives.
