Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of management consulting, technology consulting, or technology transformation experience, including progressively increasing leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience selling, shaping, and delivering complex technology transformation consulting engagements.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to advise and influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Significant travel up to 50% based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Technology Performance practice within the Government Sector through business development and pursuit leadership.
• Lead large-scale engagements spanning strategy, digital transformation, modernization, operating model design, ERP/cloud/AI/data & analytics, automation, and ITSM.
• Advise clients on technology strategies and roadmaps to improve performance and efficiency.
• Provide executive oversight across engagements, ensuring quality, risk management and measurable outcomes.
• Lead executive workshops and strategy sessions translating priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Navigate Government Sector considerations including regulatory requirements, security, procurement, funding cycles, governance, and modernization.
