Can/Am Technologies in Denver, CO, seeks an Implementation Specialist to configure our Teller platform for county and city governments and to personally stand behind the quality of that work.

The role centers on implementation: meeting with clients, translating requirements into workflows and configurations, and guiding each project through go-live and quality assurance with roughly 30% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Translate client business requirements into application configuration, workflows, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into Teller configuration, workflows, and business processes.
• Configure and deploy the solution to client specifications, and document data mappings and integration specs.
• Write and run user test plans for your configurations; record and remediate defects before UAT.
• Confirm each deliverable meets our quality standard ahead of go-live.
• Train clients on the configured solution and support go-live.
• Coordinate project schedules and cutover steps with the delivery team.
