Responsibilities include creating test plans, running tests, fixing defects, and training clients on the configured solution. Expect travel to client sites up to 30% and close collaboration with the delivery team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing business or financial software for clients.
• Translate client requirements into Teller configuration, workflows and business processes.
• Ability to write clear user test plans and reproducible defect reports; travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into Teller configuration, workflows, and business processes.
• Configure and deploy the solution to client specifications, and document data mappings and integration specs.
• Write and run user test plans for your own configurations; record and remediate defects before UAT.
• Confirm each deliverable meets our quality standard ahead of go-live.
• Train clients on the configured solution and support go-live.
• Coordinate project schedules and cutover steps with the delivery team.
