Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of related experience in subcontracts/procurement in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of related experience in subcontracts administration/procurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn and use procurement software and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit, and evaluate procurement documentation to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, practices, and standards.
• Review documentation for completeness and request assistance from supporting Subcontracts and Supply Chain organizations when necessary.
• Assist with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) acquisition preparations.
• Assist with training Acquisition Personnel on respective policies and procedures.
