Contracting Resources Group, Inc. (CRG) is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our U.S. Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA) client.

The SME will provide specialized expertise to support mission operations, organizational compliance, process improvements, and complex problem-solving in a federal context. The role requires a relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience, active SECRET clearance, and proven ability to develop and review

Qualifikationen

• Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Experience analyzing complex problems and developing substantive technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialized technical and operational expertise within assigned functional areas.
• Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and mission performance.
• Develop and review complex technical documentation, reports, procedures, and recommendations.
• Support organizational compliance with applicable policies, requirements, and operational standards.
• Advise Government stakeholders on technical issues, operational challenges, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support program objectives and implementation of solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
