Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• 1+ years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, communicating information to relevant personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; verify authorized access and document activity.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment and report suspicious activity.
