Job summary

Catalis, a leading government SaaS and payments provider, seeks a Customer Success professional to manage a portfolio of complex government clients. You will stabilize relationships, navigate legacy systems toward modern SaaS and guide customers through change.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration across Support, Product, Finance, Sales, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS role.
• Ability to manage unhappy or at-risk customers and rebuild trust.
• High tolerance for ambiguity.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of complex customer relationships and be the primary point of accountability.
• Manage escalations related to support, billing, invoicing, and legacy systems.
• Guide customers from legacy on-premise toward modern SaaS offerings.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities aligned to customer needs.
• Collaborate across Support, Product, Finance, Sales, and Engineering to move issues forward.
• Support onboarding, renewals, and ongoing engagement.
